So looking at what I ate yesterday, I am hoping that when I type up everything, it won't be as bad. Let us see. . . Let us see. . . Breakfast: * 1 1/2 Dulce De Leche Cookies Lunch: * Starbucks Panini (Ham and Cheese) * 1 water bottle Dinner: * 1 large bowl of Spinach Salad with spinach, leftover pork, and simple vinaigrette (2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, sprinkle of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper) Snack: * several wintergreen icebreakers I'd say I didn't eat as much as I did yesterday. I still wouldn't consider myself healthier though. I'm hoping I have a more well balanced "arrangement" of eating tomorrow.

So today I will be starting my Nutrition Blog. I will be blogging what I eat everyday, up until the day of exhibition. I believe this will give me a clearer view of how I eat. Breakfast: * 1 cheese danish * a glass of water * a few bites of caesar salad with -lettuce -caesar dressing -cheese -chicken Lunch: * 1 cheese pastry * 1 flour tortilla with cheese and leftover meat Dinner: * one half a cup of rice with pork, tomatoes, onions * a glass of water Snack: * a glass of water * 3 potato chips * a bowl of 20 strawberries with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream Wow! I eat a lot. I started typing this and I thought to myself, "Elise, why do you eat so much cheese. . ." This is crazy. I never realized how much I ate until now. Lets hope I eat better next time. . . |
